Draw Planning: When ticked, displays also Bookings in Planning Sub Status.
Draw Preliminary: When ticked, displays Bookings in Preliminary Sub Status.
Draw Tasks: When ticked, displays Task Bookings.
Draw Hour Boundary: The length of the Booking of each Object corresponds with the duration of the booked time. If this setting is disabled the Booking will be displayed in the Objects tree at the length of the whole day.
Involved: Shows involved Members of the Booking in the Booking Rectangle instead of e.g. the Booking Name or Project Name.
Name: Displays the name of the Booking / Task (Project, Client and Time options have to be disabled).
Project: Displays the name of the Project in the Booking (Client, Name and Time options have to be disabled).
Framework Name: Displays the name of the Framework in the Booking Rectangle (Client, Name and Time options have to be disabled). To enter a Framework Name double click on the Class Name in the Framework in the Project Tree.
Binder / Framework / Class: Displays this as the text drawn in the Booking Rectangle.
Client: Displays the name of the Client related to the Project in the Booking (Project, Name and Time options have to be disabled).
Note Icon: Displays the Object Note icon.
Task Icon: Displays the Task icon on the Task Bookings.
Time: Displays the in- and out time of the Booking /Task (Project, Name and Client options have to be disabled).
Due to the lack of space, no more than one of these eight options (Name, Project, Client, Time, etc.) can be displayed.
Here are some rules on how it works:
Client only appears if none of the other three options is ticked.
Project overrules Name and Client.
Time overrules all other options.
Booked Hours/Days
The numbers to the right of each Object name displays the total number of hours booked and the number of days booked in the period of time selected in the View Port. When the Object has been expanded to show the Projects the number of hours booked per week is displayed.
* Breaks are subtracted from this number if within the booked time.
Hours Per Day: Displays the total amount of booked hours per day of the Object in synchronization with the displayed time set up via the View Port.
Hours Per Week: Displays the total amount of booked hours per week of the Object in synchronization with the displayed time set up via the View Port, on a white line below the Hours Per Day.
At least one full week has to be displayed in the Long Form, otherwise the Hours Per Week will not show. Click on the dropdown icon of the Object to display the Projects that it is booked on to display the Day and Hour numbers.
Total Hours: Displays the total amount of booked hours (+ Task Bookings) of an Object in synchronization with the displayed time set up via the View Port and broken down per Project when extending the Object tree.
Total Days: Displays the total amount of booked days (+ Task Bookings) of an Object in synchronization with the displayed time set up via the View Port and broken down per Project when expanding the Object in the Object Tree.
Split Task and Booking Totals: The setting Draw Task has to be enabled. Splits the Project Booking totals from the Task Booking totals and displays next to the Object in the Object Tree a breakdown of the total amount of Project Booking and Task Booking hours and days. Always synced with the selected View Port time.
Bookings Total Hours/Days incl. Pending User Approval
Rosters: Displays Personnel Bookings in the Object Tree.
Add Object To The List: When dragging an Object into the Object Tree, this Object will automatically be added to the already listed Objects. If this functionality is disabled the newly added Object will replace the existing one(s).
Mouse Over Bookings: A yellow note popup with information about the Object will appear when doing a mouse over on a Booking. Also tick the setting in Toolbox > Settings tab >Miscellaneous > Mouse Over Booking (Hourline And All Trees).
Use Project / Client Colors: Displays the Bookings in the configured Task/Project or Client color if one has been assigned. If no color has been set up, the color of the Project will be light blue by default. If this function is disabled, the Bookings will be displayed in its Global Status color.
Use Binder Colour: Displays the Bookings in the linked Binder color.
Always Force Preliminary Color When Preliminary and Always Force Planning Color When Planning: These settings can be used to select whether the Sub Status color of a Booking should override the Global Status color of a Booking if in conflict state or in Planning sub status. When these settings are not checked, then the Booking displays the Global Status Color IF the "Use Project/Client Colors" is also disabled. Otherwise the Booking will use the Project and Client colors.
Monthly Utilization Budget: The "Monthly Utilization Budget" can be accessed by clicking on the Objects Tree icon or Personnel Tree icon. It allows to input "budgeted" working hours on Objects and see how many hours they have been booked so far. These numbers can also be viewed in the Long Form timeline, when ticking this option in the corresponding settings tab alight grey box appears next to the Object's name. For further information see the MonthlyUtilization Budget in our Knowledge Base.
Show Project Booked Dates When Expanded: A Date field will appear next to the Objects name once the Object is expanded, which shows the first and last booked day for that Object on that Project. By clicking on the Date icon the time range of a Booking can easily be changed or a new Booking can be created.
Note: This works only well, when working with multiple-Day Bookings, where all Objects follow the Booking's timeframe.
