When upgrading, I get the error message "This licence enables new features for tracking an Object's location through the dispatch module. We have detected that you are using the old Object Tracker which is now a legacy feature."

If you get the following error message when upgrading:

...then do not be alarmed.

You are advised by the upgrade instructions to use demo mode when upgrading.  Demo mode enables the Equipment Management Tracking (EMT) module, so if at any point in the past you have used the Object Tracking feature, even if just as a test, then you will get this message.

If you have used the legacy Object Tracking feature prior to upgrading and want to be able to view this data in the EMT module (licence dependent), then you need to click on the “Legacy Tracker” button in the new tracker window.
