Errors and Troubleshooting
- Cannot login to the web client after upgrade
- One of my users cannot log in, what can I do?
- Support is requesting that I send my database. How do I get it to them?
- I deleted a User or Project and want to roll back to a backup from before I did that. How can I do it?
- I can't log in and am getting the error message 'Connection To Server Timed Out?
- When upgrading, I get the error message "This licence enables new features for tracking an Object's location through the dispatch module. We have detected that you are using the old Object Tracker which is now a legacy feature."
- System tells me "log.txt file is locked" when trying to run the server app
- I cannot access or see the Report icon on the Edit Project Window
- PDF printing results in "empty" or "zero bytes size" PDF
- fw Server Log window "Non-Fatal Error SSL ... error. wrong version number"
