If the Divisions module is used to track equipment between different warehouses (in diff. countries), each Division represents a different location (country), and icons (flags) can be assigned to each Division.
These icons (flags) appear in the Object Manager, Toolbox and Objects Tree.
Toolbox > Settings > Dispatch Module: Track and Display Dispatching Between Divisions:
Shows the Check In box with the arrow pointing down in orange if the Object is checked into another Division than the User who is logged in to quickly indicate if the kit is available in house or at diff. location.
Toolbox > Settings > Class / Objects: When Allocating Object For Object Class Only Look For Objects That Has Its Dispatched Division matching The Booking Project: When creating an Object it’s possible to set the Division where it was created in/belongs to.
When using EMT to dispatch equipment through the different Divisions, the Object temporarily becomes part of another Division. This is reflected in the Dispatch Status, showing the client name with its “Target Division”.
Example: If ‘ HD Camera 1’ (belonging to the Object Class: HD Camera) has been created (added to the Object Manager) in Denmark and is dispatched to Sweden, it is then temporarily part of the available HD Camera Object Class in Sweden.
When a Booking is created on a Project with Division Denmark and the Object Class HD Camera is selected, farmerswife will now only look for those HD Cameras that have their Dispatched Status set to Denmark.
The ones that have been dispatched to Sweden (temporarily allocated there) won’t be taken into consideration.
Object Tree > Options > Always Sort Objects By Their Current Dispatched Division:
This option only shows up if the User has enabled in farmerswife Client > Toolbox > Settings > Display > Dispatch Status = Yes / checked. It will make it easier in the Object Tree to see all Objects belonging to a Division, as they will be sorted accordingly putting the Users’ Division first.
