See below on how you can add Markers to Project in the Long Form for Deadlines, Milestones, Check Points and more. The Markers are a pure visual indication and can be highlighted/ animated once passed.
They can only be printed through a Financial Report > if grouping by Binder.
Default Marker Names and related custom fields can be created in Toolbox > Settings > Binder/ MarkerDefaults.
To Print a Report with Markers you have to use the Financial Report Designer and group by "Date".
Attached here you can find a template grouped by Project and Date. To import you need to have a template with these groupings. Read more on Import/Export Report Templates
This financial report template can be used for printing out a Planning Report from a Project, where Binders and/or Markers are used for detailing the different stages and deadlines of the project.
You have to group by Project and Date and then tick the "Include Binder" and "Include Marker" options in the Financial Reports settings.
Then even those days without Bookings appear listed in the report to display the related Binder. Markers also appear listed next to the date in which they were set for.
How to import it: This template is grouping by 1. (None), 2.Projects, 3.Date. If no template with this grouping structure already exists, create one through the Star icon. Once done, generate the report and in the Print Designer window click on the arrow in the Templates area (top left corner), select Import and search for the template to be imported.
