It's not possible to 'Repeat' a Booking that is over multiple days but you can 'copy' the booking by pressing CTRL (CMD on Mac) on your keyboard and then dragging the booking on to the start day:
Select YES when prompted to modify all days... and Confirm 'Re-timing' the booking.
The Booking is now copied to the next week.
LONG FORM
To copy a Booking in the Long Form > Load the Project into the Project Tree, expand the time range to show enough days.
Click on the Booking, then press CTRL (CMD on Mac) and drag the booking on the start date to when it should be copied. Make sure the little blue arrows point to the right.
Release the mouse. Confirm the 'Retiming' dialogue. The Booking is now copied to the new date.
