The Booking Menu can be access from:
- Booking Window
- Hourline
- Long Form
- Edit Project Window
The follow options and operations are accessible from the Booking window:
- Edit: Opens Booking window.
- New: Creates new Booking (only if a Project is loaded in the Projects Tree and Time Range is marked in the Long Form for Project.
- New From Calendar: Creates new Booking for Project from the Calendar.
- Repeat: Repeats Booking from Criteria.
- Split: Allows to split multi-day booking on the
- Delete: Deletes the Booking. Please note, if it is a multiple day Booking, all days will be lost by selecting this option from the Booking menu. If just one day of a Booking should be deleted, use the drag and drop option by clicking on the Booking and dragging it into the waste bin. Then a popup appears asking whether to‘Remove’the whole booking or‘Remove Only On Day: ...’
- Time In / Out: Changes the In/ Out Time for whole Booking, all Involved Objects and all days.
- Change Project/ Media Order/ Task: Brings up a selector to change the Project, Media Order or Task.
- Edit Timereport/ Extras: Opens the Timereport window.
- Replace Conflicts With Available Class Member: Replaces any Conflicts in Booking with available Class Members.
- Show Conflicts: Opens Conflicts window and displays any Conflicts in Booking.
- Show Available Objects: Opens Toolbox and shows available Objects.
- Show Number Of Available Class Members: Displays Classes availability in Toolbox.
- Show All Involved Objects In Objects Tree: Displays all Objects from Project in Objects Tree.
- Show All Involved In Personnel Tree: Displays all Objects from Project in Personnel Tree.
- Show All Involved In Hourline Tree: Displays all Objects from Project in the Hourline View.
- Select Involved Objects:
- Checked In: Displays Objects which are Checked In on this Booking in the top of the Long Form.
- Checked Out: Displays Objects which are Checked Out on this Booking in the top of the Long Form.
- Checked Out On This Project: Displays All Objects from this Booking which are Checked Out on this Project in the top of the Long Form if Project is loaded in Projects Tree.
- Checked Out On Another Project: Displays All Objects from this Booking which are Checked Out on any other Project in the top of the Long Form if Project is loaded in Projects Tree.
- Time In/ Out (Override):
- Set From Time Range: Allows the User to set an Object's time that is outside the general Booking time.
- Clear From Time Range: Clears any Time In/ Out (Override) from the Time Range marked in the Long Form.
- Clear All: Clears any Time In/ Out (Override) in the Booking.
- Days:
- Set From Time Range: Sets a Booking time to Time Range marked in the Long Form.
- Add From Time Range: Adds time to Booking from Time Range marked in the Long Form.
- Remove From Time Range: Removes Time Range marked in the Long Form from the Booking.
- Move Start Date From Calendar: Moves start day of Booking from Calendar.
- Move Stop Date From Calendar: Moves stop day of Booking from Calendar.
- Global Status: Modifies Booking Global Status.
- Checkpoint: Modifies Checkpoint Status.
- Name / Custom: Selects Booking Name and related Custom Fields.
- Invoice Flag: Modifies the Invoice Flag.
- Alarms: Creates Booking Alarm.
- Other:
- Use Time Reporting: Enables/ Disables Time Reporting on Booking.
- View Class Booking as Separate Days: Allows the User to view each individual day in multiple day Booking, as well as timereport Extras and type a Day Note per day.
- Force Confirm All Objects: Allows the Yser to set the force confirm to YES on all current Objects in the Booking.
- Email Project Booking Report.
- HTML Report: Creates HTML booking summary report.
- Add Un-Referenced Object: Adds an Object Class Object to Booking for later allocation.
- Add External Object From: Adds an Object from an external provider (Global type of contact).
