Modified on Mon, 7 Feb, 2022 at 6:48 PM

With this new feature available from 6.6 SP1 you can now configure Daily Day Chart Email Sendout that will include the pre-defined Day Chart Report as a PDF attachment.

The report can be sent at the selected time (once a day) to the selected users from the selected Hourline Views.

Please see How to Configure the Day Chart Report.

Daily Day Chart Email Sendout with PDF

To enable the Daily Day Chart Email Sendout you need to go to Toolbox > Settings > Web Share Settings.

Select the update time of Daily Day Chart Email Sendout. The email will be sent once a day with the plan for the next day.

As a next step, go to the Web Profile Manager of the selected users, who should receive the email.

Click on the Daily Day Chart Email Sendout button, to define Shared Hourline Views (one or multiple) from which the report should be generated and send as an attachment to the Selected Users.

The purpose of this report is to show the schedule/occupancy of the selected Objects, so it's good to configure special Hourline Views, that will only include Rooms/Workstations OR Users/Resources, depending on what you'd like to show.

You can also configure multiple Hourline Views and select to send Offline Rooms to Offline Editors only, Online Rooms to Online Editors only, etc. You can also configure the view with all the Rooms/Workstations and send it to everyone.

The users will receive an email with the PDF attachment for each of the selected views (one or multiple).

The email title is: Day Chart for <Week Day Name> <Date> <Hourline View Name>.

NOTE!

To be able to send this email, remember to configure all the pre-requisites first:

1. Configure Outgoing Mail Server Settings

2. Setup the PDF Printer (it's needed for those notifications that need to send attachments).

3. Enter email addresses in Users and Resources Profiles
