Which license type do I need for a user to only see the daily schedule, to order food and know who to expect.

For users that only need to 

- see the daily schedule, 

- know for whom to order food and 

- know whom to expect 

you can either:

a) Assign a Collaboration User license (extra cost) to a Runner/Receptionist.

If the user is a Collaboration User (User exists in FW and can be scheduled there and added to Personnel Management) she can see all the bookings of a specific view for the day.

b) Share a (special daily) Web Report of the bookings that day for the chosen resources.

This report is based on the Day Plan, so the way the information is displayed is fixed and cannot be modified. You can display additional Custom Fields of Bookings but not change the order of how the bookings are grouped which in this case it per project.
