If you see the message that you have too many active users, it means you've granted access to farmerswife to more users than your license includes.
To check how many licenses are activated in your DB, please follow the steps:
USERS
Go to Object Manager and display all the USERS, by filtering with "TYPE". Make sure you are displaying "PERMISSION PROFILE" column in the view. See how many advanced and web users you have.
RESOURCES
Remember that some of your resources might have also received access to farmerswife, which means they are also using one of your available web licenses.
The easiest way to check this is to go to Contacts Tab.
In the Contacts Tab make sure that you are displaying Web Access in the view, filter your resources, and see if anyone has web access granted.
