Contacts features and Advanced Contact Search and export options to PDF and CSV.
1. Search by standard Contact fields and Custom Fields.
Object Custom Field templates can be enabled in the Server Setup to be included in the Search Fields.
2. Press "Search" to execute or "Clear" to clear all search fields.
3. Search Results list.
4. Click the yellow triangle to display more than the max hits when search limit.
Maximum Hits When Searching: Change the limit here to alter the search limitations for the running session. The default limit is set up in the Server Setup > General tab > Hits Limit.
5. Shows the amount of search results.
6. Menu
Summary: create an HTML salary of the displayed contacts.
Edit Contacts > bulk edit fields of selected contacts. (v7.3+)
The options will only come up if all selected Contacts are editable.
When more than one Contact is selected the first Contact's value for that Field will be used as default when opening the editor.

New Contact: opens new contact window
New Contact From: select and existing contact to create a copy and change details
Delete Contacts: multi-select contacts to delete (v7.2+)
Solo View In Tree: only for Resources. Will display the selected Resources to the Object Tree.
Add To Tree: only for Resources. Will add the selected Resources to the Object Tree.
7. Edit View: Select the Columns to be displayed for the search results by moving them from the left side of the Edit View window (Hide) to the right side (Show). Put them in the required order by moving them up or down.
Save View As: Use this option to save the View created with the Edit View option.
Load View: Load a Saved View.
Remove View: Remove a Saved View.

8. Reports: There are two options to create a report of the Advanced Contact Search results.
1. Report Designer: Click on the report icon on the left to the Search button to create a report in the Print Designer.
2. Export to Excel: Use the Excel Export Sheet functionality at the bottom right side of the Advanced Contact Search window to export the results to an Excel sheet.
