Objects (not People) can be booked with the Booking Type: Maintenance.
A Maintenance Booking will block out the Object and raise Conflicts and allows the User to name the reason for the Maintenance in the "Header" field. Type a "Note" and define the "In Date" and "Out Date".
Maintenance can be schedule for a specific duration ("Set") or ‘unlimited’ ("New")
In the Long Form, load a view, add the Object to the Object Tree (clic magnifying glass and search object) or click on the Object Tree icon and ‘Load Objects from Classes’. 
Maintenance Bookings can also simply be created by drag & drop on the Hourline.
A Maintenance Report can be created from the Objects Tree Menu.
