Either add a Project Custom Field: Note Text and display with the header information on your quote or add a 'Note' to each or selected Virtual Bookings.
To display the notes in the Print Designer:
- Project Custom Field > in the "Project" loop, click green + icon > Custom > select the Custom Field > move to where you want to show it in the header of your quote.
- The Virtual Booking note > choose in the 'From Details' section > D: "Note".
To add a note per line/ detail, you should add the information in the Virtual Booking > Object Note:
Then display the "Note" in the "Element Row":
