Configuration and Permissions
To enable the Travel Expenses Module go to Server Setup > Financial > Travel Expenses > Yes
Advanced Users with access need to have the User Permission: "Can Access Travel Expenses" ticked.
Web Users need the Web Permission "Allow Reporting Travel Expenses" enabled
Go to your Toolbox > Settings > Display and move Travel Expenses to show
Go to Travel Expenses Tab > click the small Menu and go into > Setup:
If you have a file you can Import Settings:
The Travel Expense window:
Reports:
How it works
Users open their time report
Then go to "Travel" > and specify start/end time for travel time
Admins can see all submitted expenses in the Travel Expenses tab.
These expenses will NOT appear in the project.
Users can also add ad-hoc travel expenses from the Web Client:
