How to change the Activity [on a booked job] when time reporting?
For instance, a User may have been booked in a standard SD session, but then found out at the beginning of the session that it was HD, which is a higher rate. Can he report this on the time report?
Web User
If the Web User has permissions to EDIT a booking they will be able to hit the Edit button on booking and change the Activity from there before time reporting (see screenshot). Make sure though, that they use the time report icon for changing the time spent, otherwise they will be changing the BOOKING time. The work around for web users that DON'T have the edit permissions is to time report 0 hrs. and then add them selves as an Extra. They will be prompted to add the relevant Activity then.
However, the Users' Activity added as Extra is counted in UNIT's instead of Hours/Days. This needs to be considered when generating reports.

Advanced User
The User can modify the Activity on the Booking itself or time report 0 hrs. for the initial Activity and then add themselves as an Extra. They will be prompted to add the relevant Activity then.
