Reports
Select Report from the Reports icon at the bottom of the Edit Media window to generate a Media Report. The report generated from the Print Designer allows the selection of any field associated with the Media or the Entries, whether they are standard fields or custom fields. Click here for details on how to use the Print Designer.
XML
Use this feature to export the Meta Data of the selected Entry / Entries (from System and Custom Fields) into an XML file. This XML file can then be used to import the according Meta Data of the Entry / Entries into other applications (e.g. Leporello /Ad Stream, etc.).
Default (HTML REPORT)
A summary of the search results can be generated in an HTML file. The default HTML report will display variables such as Media Name, Number, Format, Client, location and who it was created by, as well as Entry Title, In, Out and Duration, etc.
The HTML file is stored in the Server structure in the folder “html_templates > exports > library_summary”.
