Month Schedule (PDF)

The Month Schedule is a Resource Month Report that can be reached through the Objects, Personnel or Hourline tree pop-up and shows the month schedule for the displayed Users, Resources and Objects (Rooms, Workstations etc.)

It’s a hardcoded Print Designer template that cannot be further modified. The information displayed is the booked Object Class or Personnel Type abbreviation. If there are multiple Bookings per day, the Class abbreviation shows with an * to indicate there are multiple Bookings on that Resources on the day.
