farmerswife & Cirkus

You can choose between 2 different license types: Advanced User and Collaboration User.

Advanced Users can have full access to all licensed modules and functionality within farmerswife and Cirkus.

Advanced Users can be controlled by a Permission Profile to limit access dependent on the users requirements and workflow.

Example Advanced User:

Producers / Bookings Personnel: Create and manage Quotes / Bids, Projects and Bookings.
Head of Departments / Senior Manager: Run reports and analyse business utilisation.
Bookings Coordinator: View Quotes / Bids, create Projects and Bookings.
Assistants / Dubbing Staff: Access licensed Media Library, Media Order and Dispatch (could also be Collaboration User).
Accounts: Create and manage invoices and run financial reports.
Reception: Register/Dispatch material, book staff on sick/leave.

Collaboration users can access their schedule and tasks through:

Depending on the permission profile, the User for example can:

Check their own schedules and time report work completed.
Check all related or all events or events of other users.
View and complete tasks that are assigned to their role or user.
Book themselves or request a resource.
Request time off e.g. vacation.
Request projects.
Create new projects.
View contacts.
Create Tasks for themselves and others.
If the Media Library / Media Order Modules are licensed, Collaboration Users can be granted access to the farmerswife Client application, but they will be only able to access the Media Library/Media Order.

Example Collaboration User

Editors / Freelancers / Operators / Producers.
Assistants / Dubbing Staff / Reception / Dispatch - Access licensed Media Library, Media Order and Dispatch through Desktop client if they have permission.
