This option allows the user to open the Hourline in a spreadsheet. A Days Chart is a spreadsheet view of all Bookings on Objects viewed in the Hourline on the days selected.
Click Hourline Clock icon > Days Chart:
- New: Creates a new Week Chart template. First type a name for the new Week Chart, click OK > select which items of information to include for each Booking in the selector that appears > click OK when done. First type a name for the new Days Chart, click OK > select which items of information to include for each Booking in the selector that appears > click OK when done.
- Default: A default Week Chart template created by Farmers WIFE
- Modify: Modifies an existing Week Chart template
- Remove: Removes an existing Week Chart template
To directly open a Days Chart, click on "Days Chart" and select the desired Week Chart template (or DEFAULT).
Mac: you'll be prompted to save the CSV and then the default spreadsheet application should open.
Windows: A confirmation window pops up: Export To Excel > If YES is selected the Days Chart opens in a spreadsheet with the information required. If NO is selected another window pops up with the option Send To Printer > select YES to print the Week Chart or NO to cancel.
