A Contact summary (address list, email list, etc.) can be generated for a single Contact or multiple Contacts.
Click on 'Contacts” in the navigation bar at the top of the farmerswife window. Enter either a single search criteria or combine criteria to make very specific queries. The Report will be based on the results of your search.
To report on only particular contacts in the results, highlight only those contacts and select “Report” from the Report icon in the far right of the window.
In the pop up window that follows, click “Yes” to “Only Show Selected.”
Available in the Print Designer are all fields associated with Contacts, including all name, address, number, and custom fields.
To export the Contact list as a CSV file, click on the little icon at the bottom right of the search result pane (hover will show “Open As Spreadsheet”). For further details on this feature see the Open As Spreadsheet article.
A Contact Report for a single contact can be viewed and saved as an HTML file from the 'Modify Contact' window. This report displays standard fields, custom fields as well as the full contact history.
