The first tab of the Toolbox line menu is the Calendar tab.
Select a day, a week, or multi-select days to have them display in the Hourline.
The days are color-coded:
The day highlighted in green = today.
The days highlighted in grey =passed days.
The days highlighted in white = weekends.
The days highlighted in light blue = future days.
If a day is highlighted in red this day is a public holiday.
The week number at the top row of the current week is highlighted in yellow.
You can select a day, a week, or multi-select days to have them display in the hourline.
Display of Days
To show one week in the Hourline, click on the little week number at the top of the row and a whole week will be displayed. To show various weeks, click on a week number hold CTRL on PC and cmd on Mac and click on the week numbers in the top row of the column. To show various days, click on the first day, press CTRL on PC and cmd on Mac and select further days. Go quickly to a different year or month by clicking on the year or month selector bar at the bottom. To skip from one month to another use the arrow keys next to the little house icon. By clicking on the house icon you will be brought back to the current month view. When double clicking the current day will be displayed in the Hourline. White days are weekends, blue days are future days, the green day is today and everything in grey is passed. A single click on the house icon brings the Toolbox calendar back to the current month, a double click on the house icon displays today in the Hourline.
