Typically, print-outs of estimates, a Project’s running costs, production plans, and general overviews are printed from the Edit Project window.
Click on the paper icon at the bottom of the Edit Project window next to the “OK” button and select “Reports.”
A pop up window with the heading “Select Items For The Report” will appear. All items in the right hand pane of this window will be in the report. Simply click on any data there that you do not wish to include, then it will move to the left pane and not be selected for the report.
Use Invoice Note From Project
This legacy setting is no longer relevant, as it is now possible to display both the general Note and Invoice Note from the Project by selecting either or both from the Project Print Designer 'Project' section under 'Elements/Options', regardless of whether or not this option is ticked.
Use Timereport Note For Bookings Instead Of The Booking Note
This legacy setting is no longer relevant, as it is now possible to display both the Booking Note and Time Report Note by selecting either or both from the Project Print Designer 'From Details' section under 'Elements/Options.'
Add Media Order Source Names To Element Note
If selected, in the Print Designer the 'Note' under 'Element Row' will display the Source names for the Media Order.
Sort Items By Their Reported Date
By default, Report items are ordered starting with Bookings by booking date, followed by Work Orders, then Media Orders, and finally Materials, Services, and Expenses added to the Project. Choosing this setting will instead order Report items by date; either date booked for Bookings or creation date for Work/Media Orders and Extras.
